On February 15, 2002, as the hearse carrying Princess Margaret's rose-covered coffin drove out of the gates of Windsor Castle, a nation mourned the loss of one of its most beloved figures. The Funeral Service of Her Royal Highness The Princess Margaret Countess of Snowdon took place with over 450 mourners in attendance, including Her Majesty the Queen and members of the Royal Family.Known as the "rebel princess," Princess Margaret was renowned for her vivacious personality and unconventional lifestyle.
